Lead in Water Testing Plan

 

Each year, Discovery Woods School will notify parents and staff of the Lead in Water testing plan and will inform them that sampling reports and corrective actions are available for review on the Discovery Woods School webpage. Parents and staff may also request a copy of the information from the director at director@discoverywoods.com

 

The Lead in Water Testing Plan annual notice is updated annually. Starting July 1, 2024,

Discovery Woods School will report their test results and remediation activities to the Minnesota

Department of Health in a form and manner determined by the commissioner in consultation

with school districts by July 1 of each year.

 

The commissioner of health must post and annually update the test results and remediation

efforts on the Minnesota Department of Health website by school site.

 

*Lead Testing was conducted on site January 18, 2024 and all guidance is being followed.
