Complaint Procedure
We welcome your comments both on what we are doing well and what we could be doing better. If you feel complaint is necessary, please follow the procedure below. We expect complaints to be addressed at the school level before it becomes a bigger issue.
Teacher- please talk to the teacher first if there is a problem in the classroom or with that teacher.
Director- ask to speak to the school director if the problem is not able to be solved with the teacher.
Board- a complaint may be filed with the school board if the problem cannot be sufficiently addressed with the director.
